My second grader joined A.H.A.V.A.'s 2016 Readathon. Right after reading her first book we registered online. I was impressed by the great site! However, after she finished her second book I didn't manage to login again. What are we doing wrong?!

Welcome to A.H.A.V.A.'s Readathon 2016! This is our first year online, so there are still some bugs to squash out of the system. The site works much better on a computer than on a mobile. One of the most common mistakes people make is putting in dashes when entering their phone number - it has to be a simple string of digits.
Another common problem is forgetting your username - the email address used to sign in. Some participants enter it with a typo. If this is the case - contact us (by email or call us: 02-535-6532) and we can figure out what username you used.
