We at A.H.A.V.A. promote English literacy in Israel in many ways:

An after school program for Hebrew Speakers.

An after school program for English Speakers.

A unique reader we have developed for the early reader of English as a foreign language. 

A.H.A.V.A.'s Readathon encourages children in grades 1-8 to read and raise money for our Scholarship Fund.

The Walter Zanger Scholarship Fund will provide scholarships to students from low socio-economic background who wish to learn and widen their horizons.
